Since we are a small-batch outfitter, we process orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location, but you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Our apparel is designed for durability and adventure. We recommend washing in cold water, inside-out, and hanging to dry to preserve the integrity of the fabric.

We want you to love your JOURNI gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. you can begin the process by contacting us at info@journioutfitters.ca
Please note the following conditions for all returns:
Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
Restocking Fee: A $5.00 restocking fee may be applied to all returns to help cover the costs of processing and inspecting your gear. Note: This fee is waived for all size or colour exchanges.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How do refunds work? Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our condition standards, we will process your refund through our payment portal. Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your specific financial institution
